We provide breathwork services, workshops, and related activities. The scope and nature of our services may change from time to time at our discretion.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are under the age of 18, you have to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A waiver will need to be signed by the parent or legal guardian as well. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment for our services is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website or in our communications. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit towards another class. Refunds are given as credit only. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will be charged the full service fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions at our discretion and will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.

6. Health and Safety

Our services involve physical and emotional activities. By participating, you agree that you are in good health and physically able to partake in breathwork sessions. You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Please consult your physician if you have any health concerns.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Lisa Mort Breathwork at Compass Breathwork and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lisa Mort Breathwork at Compass Breathwork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
